So far, the bills for Sara, Tyler, and Gunny have added up to more than $1,200. Gunny still needs heartworm treatment and shots. Tyler and Gunny still need neutered. So it is reasonable to assume the bill will be more than $2,000 by the time these three are healthy again. All of the money for this has come directly from the pockets of Jay & Karen McWhorter, and the magnitude of the bills is threatening their ability to keep COSR open for other dogs that need help.
